Working closely with renowned European brands such as Eichholtz, Andrew Martin, Caracole, Kave Home, Tikamoon, Ethnicraft, and many others, the OROA GROUP offers a carefully chosen selection of home furnishings and accessories that cater to a variety of styles and tastes.
Since April 2022, the OROA GROUP entrusts part of its shipments to OVRSEA. The reactivity of the teams and the digitalization brought by OVRSEA allow OROA to continuously optimize the management of their shipments. OVRSEA primarily focuses on overseeing the shipments from Spain, France and the UK to the United States. As a trusted logistics partner, OVRSEA was also able to accompany (or support?) OROA in key strategic projects, including the opening of their first retail store in the United States.

Instant access and sharing of all transport data centralized on the OVRSEA platform
OROA chose OVRSEA to centralize their transports on a single digital platform.
Now, OROA can find all the information related to their shipments on the OVRSEA platform, and track their goods in real time.
In concrete terms, the Logistics Manager simply needs to enter the reference of a transport into the platform to obtain the key information associated with it:
- Estimated dates of departure (ETD) and estimated dates of arrival (ETA) of the goods
- The cost of transportation
- Possible variations related to the shipment
A personalized assistance to ensure a better quality of service to Oroa’s end customers
The partnership between OROA and OVRSEA is also based on trust, which stems from the personalized assistance provided by OVRSEA.
A monthly call is organized between OROAS' sea freight coordinator, Victoria, and her dedicated account manager at OVRSEA to plan ahead and create monthly quotations. In addition to these calls, Victoria and her dedicated account manager interact weekly through various channels such as e-mail, the platform and phone calls. This regular communication ensures total alignment and facilitates problem-solving on a case-by-case basis.
All unplanned events (order modifications, rate variations, strikes...) are handled directly by the OVRSEA team. Victoria is contacted by her Account Manager who presents a solution: in turn, OROA’s team can immediately inform and reassure their own end-customers.

More than a Freight Forwarder, a partner for strategic growth projects
OROA’s and OVRSEA’s collaboration strengthened as they partnered up to organize the logistics related to the opening of OROA’s first retail location in Miami to distribute its high-end furniture.
Previously, OROA's shipments to the US were meant to serve local distributors and online sales. From now on, OROA will also be distributing through their own brick-and-mortar store. OVRSEA has accompanied OROA in the optimization of their flows as well as in their need for demand planning stemming from this new sales channel.
OVRSEA is also consolidating the goods of various suppliers in full containers, allowing OROA to continue distributing all of their suppliers in the United States and to generate costs savings.
